Auberge Coté Jardin
Sophie and David Prevel own a very nice and authentic restaurant called Auberge Coté Jardin in Conilhac, a village near the mountain side of Montbrun. The recently renovated restaurant had a wonderful menu with local dishes. The wine menu also has many local wines listed on it.
The wines of Château de l'Horte are also present on the wine list. For example the Grande Reserve and the Reserve Speciale are wines that are in demand by the guests. The restaurant is located on the Route Nationale between Lezignan-Corbiéres and Carcassonne.

There is a large car park and meals are served both inside as outside. David is a member of the Academie du Cassoullet, an association that strives and promotes this typical local dish. Cassoullet is an ovendish with white beans, bacon, duck legs, sausages and herbs from the Garrigue. Jean Pierre Biard, the winemaker of Château de l'Horte is also a member of this association. Auberge Coté Jardin offers different dishes each season. We highly recommend this restaurant!
