Appellation Corbieres Controlee
The top selection of the best hand picked grapes of the Syrah are used for the full-bodied red wine. Picked at the best moment when the grapes are ripe. After vinification the wine is being aged for at least 24 months in brand new oak barrels of 228 L. Dark red colour, lots of ripe red and black fruit in the taste, with some nice tannins, vanilla, toast and fresh mediterranean herbs. Perfect wine which goes very well with roast beef, ripe cheeses, pasta or a stew.
